This Privacy Policy explains how AppGrowKit ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our web application, APIs, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up we collect your email address, a display name (where provided), and an avatar image (where provided through your sign-in provider). Your password, if any, is handled by our authentication provider and is never stored in plain text.

Content you submit

We store the app screenshots, source images, app descriptions, brand colors, ASO keywords, generation prompts, and other inputs you upload or create in the Service so we can generate outputs and let you revisit your work.

Generated outputs

We store AI-generated screenshots, localized variants, ASO reports, and any edits you make to them so they remain accessible from your account.

Billing information

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive a transaction reference and subscription status; we do not store full card numbers.

Usage data

We collect basic logs and analytics about how the Service is used — page views, errors, generation counts, and similar — so we can fix bugs and improve performance.

2. How we use information

• To run the Service: authenticate you, generate screenshots, translate content into other languages, run ASO analyses, and deliver your outputs.
• To meter usage and bill subscriptions or pay-as-you-go credits.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse or violations of our Terms of Service.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, important product notices). We may send occasional product updates if you have not opted out.
• To improve the Service through aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

3. AI providers and third parties

To generate screenshots and other AI outputs we send relevant inputs — including your uploaded screens and prompts — to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI). These providers process your inputs on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your inputs or outputs to third parties.

We also share data with:

• Hosting and storage providers (e.g., Cloudflare, Supabase) that operate our infrastructure.
• Payment processors for subscriptions and credits.
• Analytics and error monitoring tools for performance and reliability.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual screenshots, packs, or ASO reports at any time. If you delete your account we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to keep it (for example, billing records).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights contact us using the details below.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. By using the Service you consent to these transfers.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
