- How do I check my app's keyword ranking on the App Store?
- Paste your App Store link, type the keyword, pick a country, and this tool returns your app's current rank for that keyword in that storefront. Rankings come from our App Store catalog and reflect the most recent crawl we have for the keyword.
- Why does it say my app is not ranking?
- This free tool scans the top 250 results for the keyword. If your app is not found, it is either ranking below position 250 or the keyword is too new to be indexed. Ranking below the top results usually means the keyword is not yet in your title or subtitle, or competition is very high.
- How current are the rankings?
- Each result shows when the keyword was last observed. Popular keywords in major countries are refreshed frequently. Very long-tail keywords may be older or not indexed yet.
- How do I rank higher for a keyword?
- Move the keyword into your app name or subtitle, which Apple weights most heavily, ensure it appears in your keyword field, and build ratings and installs. Then re-check here to see the rank move. Relevance matters too, so only target keywords that genuinely match your app.
